yep you read it right! we now offer FREE UK SHIPPING on all orders £19.99 and over! please note all items are sent via EVRI and are usually delivered within 2-3 working days from dispatch.

how long will my order take to process? 

most of our items are made to order and are typically made and dispatched within 3 working days. custom items have a longer turnaround time which is typically 3-5 working days. we regularly update our website with our current processing times. you will also receive emails at various stages of processing your order to keep you updated. if you have any queries, please email us at hello@shopsquisho.com

how long will delivery take? 

all orders are sent via EVRI with an expected delivery time of 3-5 working days from your dispatch.

 

due to strikes and the festive season, all mail services are experiencing intermittent delays, please bear this in mind when placing your order. it will be with you as soon as possible!

what is your returns policy?

all SQUISHO items are quality checked and packaged with love, but accidents can happen during delivery. 

 

changed your mind?

if you're looking to return or exchange an item, we only accept if the product is unused and in its original packaging within 14 days. if this is the case, please email hello@shopsquisho.com within 14 days of delivery and we will respond as soon as possible. unfortunately, the cost of the postage is the responsibility of the customer and you will need to obtain a proof of purchase receipt. please note, we are only able to exchange if we have the item you require in stock. we may have to offer a suitable alternative or a return and refund.

 

damaged or faulty?

in the unlikely event that you have received a product that is damaged or faulty, please email hello@shopsquisho.com within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the problem and we will do our best to resolve any issues. 

 

please note: 

allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

clearance items are not eligible for a return.

personalised/customised items are not eligible for return.

returned items must be delivered to us unused, in the condition they were received or they may not be eligible for a refund

we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

we are unable to issue a refund without a receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

we aim to accept all returns. in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. all goods will be inspected on return.

 

 

do you ship to my country?

we currently only ship within the UK, sorry :(

clearpay allows you to pay for your purchase over 4 instalments. the first is paid at time of purchase, the rest is paid over 6 weeks. just shop as usual and choose clearpay at the checkout!!

help! i’ve sent you the wrong details!

in the event of providing us with incorrect personal details such as a delivery address, you must contact us immediately at hello@shopsquisho.com. we are only able to amend the order before it is dispatched and won’t be able to provide a refund if the item is lost as a result.
